THE STARTING POINT

Content starts
with your business.

Before we decide what to post, we decide what your content needs to achieve.

Your goals

We discuss the next step you want people to take: discover your business, understand a service, visit your website or make an enquiry. A clear priority gives the content a purpose.

Your audience

We identify who you want to reach, what they need to know and which questions might hold them back. Your content should speak to real interests and everyday decisions.

Your identity

We agree a visual style and tone of voice that reflect your business. Colours, layouts, photography and captions should feel connected across your profile.

EDITORIAL STRATEGY

A plan you can
actually put into practice.

We build a calendar around your services, products, customer questions and the moments worth showing. Content themes help the profile stay varied while keeping a consistent direction.

  • Introduce: explain who you are and what you offer.
  • Show: reveal products, details, people and processes.
  • Explain: answer questions and make your services easier to understand.
  • Engage: invite relevant questions, reactions and conversation.
  • Guide: make the next step clear when an enquiry, visit or purchase is appropriate.

Seasonal moments and business updates have a place when they are relevant. We prioritise a useful, sustainable rhythm over posting for the sake of it.

REELS / SHORT VIDEO

From the first frame
to the final detail.

A reel works best when it has one idea, a clear sequence and a reason to keep watching.

Make the next step clear

A useful closing message linked to the content.

Before the shoot

We agree the topic, opening idea and key shots. A simple shot list helps us capture the wide view, close-ups, movement and finishing details needed for a coherent edit.

In the edit

We select the strongest footage, shape the sequence and adjust the pacing. Where useful, we add on-screen text, subtitles and suitable audio, keeping everything readable and consistent with your brand.

PHOTO & VIDEO PRODUCTION

Plan the shoot.
Make the content go further.

A shoot is more useful when we know which content it needs to produce. We prepare around your editorial themes, access to the space, available products and the people involved.

For food and product businesses, that can mean a mix of context, close-ups, preparation and presentation. For a service business, it can mean the setting, the process, useful demonstrations and answers to common questions.

The aim is a useful collection of images and footage for the agreed posts, stories, carousels and reels. Shoot frequency, location, editing and deliverables are confirmed in your proposal.

HOW WE WORK

A clear process.
From strategy to screen.

01

Discover & agree

We discuss your business, current profile, audience and goals. We agree platforms, deliverables, responsibilities and the approval process.

02

Shape the strategy

We organise content themes, visual direction and key messages. We decide what each format should contribute to the overall plan.

03

Build the calendar

We outline topics, formats and a publishing rhythm. Your launches, availability and relevant seasonal moments help shape the schedule.

04

Capture & create

We prepare the shot list, capture the agreed content and create photographs, reel edits, carousel layouts and captions.

05

Review & approve

You review the content and confirm details such as products, dates, offers and service information. Feedback is resolved within the agreed scope.

06

Publish & learn

Approved content is scheduled or prepared for publishing. We review available insights and use what we learn to guide the next content cycle.

A CONNECTED CONTENT MIX

Different formats.
One recognisable voice.

Reels

Short videos for demonstrations, atmosphere, preparation and focused stories. The concept determines the shots and edit.

Posts & carousels

Product introductions, explanations, practical information and visual stories. Each slide should move the idea forward.

Stories

Timely updates, everyday moments and short conversations. Stories complement the main content plan and can highlight current activity.

REVIEW & REFINE

Look beyond
the follower count.

We look at the available platform insights in relation to your goals: reach, viewing behaviour, interactions, saves, profile activity and relevant clicks or enquiries.

One result rarely tells the whole story. We compare topics and formats over time, look for useful patterns and decide what to repeat, refine or try next.

Reporting frequency and the metrics available depend on the platform, account access and agreed service. We do not promise a fixed number of followers or sales.

YOUR CONTENT PLAN

A clear scope.
Built around your priorities.

What we agree together

  • Platforms and the purpose of each channel
  • Number and mix of posts, carousels, stories and reels
  • Shooting arrangements and content supplied by you
  • Captions, editing and approval rounds
  • Scheduling, reporting and access requirements

How we work together

You provide accurate business information, confirm offers and availability, and nominate the person who approves the content. We organise the creative work and keep the agreed process clear.

Community management, paid advertising and advertising spend are discussed separately unless expressly included in your proposal.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Before we get started.

Can you create the photographs and reels as well as the strategy?

Yes. Photo and video production can form part of the service. We agree shoot arrangements, editing, output formats and quantities before work begins.

Do I approve the content before it goes live?

We agree an approval process at the start. You review the planned content and confirm business details before publication.

How often should my business post?

The right rhythm depends on your goals, available content and budget. We agree a manageable schedule rather than applying the same frequency to every business.

Can you use photographs and footage I already have?

Yes, where the material is suitable and you have the rights to use it. We review quality, consistency and whether additional content is needed.

Are advertising campaigns included?

Paid campaigns are a separate scope unless your proposal includes them. Advertising spend is agreed separately from creative and management fees.

How do we start?

Send us your profile, tell us about your business and explain what you want to improve. We discuss priorities and prepare a clear scope for the work.
